2.2. Quotes and Estimates: If your project requires a custom quote, the estimate provided will be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Any revisions to the scope of work may result in adjustments to the quoted price.

4.2. Use of Work: Ankit Taak reserves the right to use any completed project or work in his portfolio, marketing materials, and promotional efforts, unless a specific written agreement states otherwise.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a project after it has been confirmed, please notify Ankit Taak as soon as possible. The non-refundable deposit will not be returned, and any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly.

5.2. Refunds: Refunds are not typically provided once work has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances as determined by Ankit Taak.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Disclaimer: While every effort is made to ensure that the services provided meet your expectations, Ankit Taak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of his services.

6.2. Force Majeure: Ankit Taak will not be held responsible for any delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond his control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
